In the automotive repair industry, some vehicles can be more problematic and challenging than others. Not knowing the history of a vehicle and not being able to communicate with vehicle computers, certainly doesn't help. After the vehicle was started, we found additional issues that were not approved for repair. Vehicle would not start upon pick up, and we offered to refund the original charge, as we feel we did not hold up our end of the agreement. You requested us to keep working on the vehicle. At the end of the day, we try to work with all of our customers and strive to have a positive experience.
