They were able to repair my bike the same day I brought it in. The bill was more than fair and the mechanic Christian was friendly, helpful, informative, and honest. I will be coming here again.

Glenn and his crew are stand up guys. Honest, professional, and will go the extra mile for you. Prices are definitely reasonable as the work is good. Having a mechanic I can trust is priceless and so I’m definitely hanging on to these guys!

I don't think I ever left a review for these guys when I lived in San Jose about 5-6 years ago. Finding a good motorcycle mechanic shop is hard. But finding a good shop that you can TRUST, is huge. That's what I found when I started bringing my bikes to Spec-1. It didn't matter what I was going in for, I knew that they would get the job done at a fair price. Another deciding factor for why I stayed with them my entire time in San Jose was that they actually listened to my requests. When I brought my FZ1 in with unknown engine trouble, I knew there was no way to know what it would cost to repair. I didn't want to get thousands in debt over it, and at the time I was pretty broke. Glen was able to give me the hard news that in order for them to repair it was going to require major engine work and probably run well over a thousand after parts and labor. He fully understood my desire to hold off, and only billed me for the inspection service (I think 1hr labor). Several years later I had the repairs done at another excellent mechanic in Southern California. Total came out to roughly $1500. If I ever found myself in San Jose again I would definitely go back to them for anything.

I didn't catch whether you sell tires to be mounted or not? I'll go back and see more of your site.

We dont really sell tires there. However we work right behind cyclegear where you can find almost anything you may need and we can install them at our shop there. Hopefully this response helps
