We just moved out of state, but already started to miss everything at Torrente. we had five years lovely resident experience and had a lot of great memories. Great neighbors, great schools, and very friendly office staffs. And Morgan is trying to make thing better. I will definitely recommend it! I hope Torrente better and better!

Decent apartments to live. Management team Stephanie and Brittany are professional to address any issues on time. Maintenance team did a great job in address service requests. Great School district.

Morgan Properties is ruining this place. They have raised the rent every year and now they are adding an $85/month amenity fee in addition to a rent hike. The amenities are nothing special and most of them don't get used and were a waste of money. Morgan decided to put them in and now they want us to pay for the upkeep. They certainly aren't worth an extra $85/month from every apartment in the complex. That's just pure greed. There is no sound dampening in the apartments, so you hear everything your neighbors say and do. And I mean EVERYTHING they do. There is a ton of turnover in renters and maintenance staff. The office managers are rude, disorganized and unhelpful. No doubt they are polite to perspective renters, but once you're in the door, that's where their hospitality ends. We receive almost no information in advance from the office, such as the institution of an amenity fee adder, notice that our water being shut off by the water company, or the plan to install door locks whereby residents can give access to anyone & everyone they please making our buildings unsafe. For the outrageous price of these apartments, I would expect a better quality of living and much better service. If you're thinking of moving here, do yourself a favor. Google Morgan Properties, and believe what you read. I have to figure that any positive reviews on this page were in response to good maintenance service by Deon, who does his job thoughtfully and respectfully. I haven't talked to one single resident who doesn't think that this complex is going downhill as quickly as the rent is rising.

We are charged for "Carpet replacement" for some stains without trying to have a carpet cleaning. The carpets were not new when we moved in. They might have to replace it since it was worn, but we did not have to pay for it.The only photo …HI Halil, Thank you for your feedback. We are always willing to conduct a moveout inspection with the residents prior to turning in keys but unfortunately since you moved out at the end of May we are only able to go over the pictures with you.
