Had a tour of the property with Marrita (sp?). She was professional and thorough with a relaxed and honest assessment of the units, their location and the property in general. Having spent a lot of time researching there must be software property mgmt companies use to match, compete, compare and charge down to the square inch! In doing so you find lesser properties trying to convince you (through high rent) that they are something they are not. You'll find there isn't a big difference in price amongst complexes. That being said Kingsboro had competitive rent and reasonable common area fees. The parking fee is better than most (Venue wanted $75 for the 1st car, additional $150 for a 2nd car) and the apartments are large. Kuddos to Marita for being prompt, thorough, friendly and thanks for the follow-up call.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and trust me when I say DO NOT live here. It is not safe. Constant parking and noise issues as well. Trash all over the parking deck and bags left in hallways and rooms. Tires have been stolen off of …V Vp, we truly appreciate your honest feedback.
