I wish I could give negative stars. do NOT live here. I have been a resident for 3 years and the management is HORRENDOUS. They do not even pretend to care about residents concerns let alone address them. Management and everyone who works in the leasing office is consistently purposely rude and unhelpful. If I didn’t know any better, I would think the company who manages the property (Greystar) instructs their employees to be as mean and useless as possible. Do not live here unless you want to pay luxury prices for apartments that constantly have maintenance issues, a cockroach infestation that they refuse to take care of, and want to be berated every time you speak to someone who works here. The only good employees are the maintenance and repair staff who are actually kind and helpful. Everyone in the leasing office should be out of a job. It is actually hilarious that the management monitors these reviews to try and appease residents when in real life they do NOTHING and act like its a burden to interact with you. STAY AWAY

Leasing office staffs including the new manager, are all rude, irresponsible, incompetent, Rude, and non-responding (except Janice Reed, who is competent, responsible and kind)! living in the Emory point was the worst experience EVER, and the problem is, it's not done yet...When you are moving out, you will experience every worse things. I'm seeing how far we can go, dear Emory point. Folks, please find the Other apartment. Management is terrible, greedy in showing-up, looking-good services, but best fot poor management like never fixing broken lights in the common corridor, never manage noisy and messy neighbour who stocks party trashes in the common corridor even after my 2 notices with pictures (no response, no cleaning), wrongfully charging renters's assurance bills..., Let me update the other issues later, because I'm already sick and tired of their rudeness and scams. Students or newbies might not notice or just happy with their food truck services or one beer bottle compensate for good google reviews, but BEWARE, you can experience every incompetence and neglects from them.

Came looking for an apartment and was happy that Chris Wilson was able to inform me! He was a huge help. The place is absolutely gorgeous and I was very compelled to stay just because of the hospitality alone. I would definitely stay here if you are wanting a very welcoming place. Thank you so much Chris for the help!

When I actually signed a lease here, the leasing office answered my emails fairly promptly. However, once I moved in and during move out, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone or to email me back. Besides maintenance who is great, no one at the leasing office will answer unless you go down in person. I did not have any issues during my lease term, but moving out was a nightmare. I received NO communication from the office about my move out date or ANY move out procedures until I went down there 3+ times and finally got an email for the "leasing manager." I asked about move-out inspections, procedures, times, etc and she gave me absolutely no further information than what I asked. The leasing office kept telling me I would get a "formal move out email" from her and I never received one. Furthermore, I am VERY clean and cleaned the apartment before I moved out. I had a maintenance inspection (which the manager told me would happen on a Friday and no one came until I emailed asking about it at 4pm) and the maintenance guy told me everything was great. Then I get an email about my security deposit refund in which they kept $300 of my $500 deposit. $30 for a "move out fee", $125 for painting and $112 for cleaning, which is crazy. Absolutely nothing was damaged, I spackled the walls, and nothing was left disgusting. When I asked about it, the 'manager' told me that the inside of some appliances weren't thoroughly cleaned per the 'maintenance supervisor she talked to', which is funny since the inspector that came to my apartment said everything was perfect. A $112 cleaning charge is obscene for wiping down the inside of a fridge, and this also means that they do NOT professionally clean between tenants, which I could tell when I moved in. While the apartments are nice, getting into any sort of contact with the office is impossible. I would live somewhere with better management who will actually communicate with you.
