This place is a joke. After nearly four years, they’re telling me that my girlfriend and I can’t renew our lease in the same apartment unit because it’s “due for renovations.” Yet they have the nerve to also charge us a cleaning fee prior to moving out even though they’re about to completely renovate the place. We have no choice in the matter, which is frustrating because our apartment unit is in excellent condition. And then they want to know if I’m interested in moving into another unit on the same property. They’re so out of touch with reality. Save your money and live somewhere else.

Camden Phipps is an amazing community to live in. I’ve never had an issue with communicating to the staff and they’re always prompt and eager to help! Also, the maintenance team is AMAZING! The entire team constantly goes above and beyond to make this an impeccable place to live. I definitely recommend this apartment complex!Thank you Amber!
