Review Update: The visit was good, but the results afterwards were terrible. They did my bloodwork & sent the results to my former doctor on file. How??? When the order was placed by my current PCP. I even called them to make the changes, they stated they did so over the phone...They did not. They claimed they'd send the results to the proper dr...They did not. This was done since July 22nd, 2022. Last week, I went to my appointment with my PCP? Still no change we're in August already. This is blatant incompetencey as far as I'm concerned. I will not be returning here. ----------------------------------------------- I had a good experience at this Lab Labcorp location. It was fairly crowded, but it emptied out just as quickly. The tech did a great job listened to me, and was quick and thorough. I'll be returning! Thanks so much!

Website would not allow me to make an appointment...then waited 2 hours!!! Awful service used be a good,fast lab not anymore... After getting into the back office....the techs Gladys & Yomeida were very professional and overwhelmed with 200+ patients....plus had to deal with rude patients including walking in a,blood draw!! They gave these ladies,NO RESPECT they were doing their very best with little to no resources!!! They are in desperate needs help.

Extremely Poor Waiting System. There is no one to help in the waiting area for elderly people if they want to check in. Also They should have a timer on when people check in during walk in. I waited almost 2 hours before my turn. People with appointment gets to go first regardless of how long you’ve been waiting. Taking a blood work takes less then 5 minutes. People who show up for their appointment can wait 5 minutes before taking them in. Let the people who’ve been waiting for hours go first. Waiting area doesn’t even have enough seats for everyone so if you are standing for a long time while fasting, it’s really inconvenience. Very disappointed.

I want to thank Gladys I have issues with my veins there hard to find. She put hot packs on my arm and was able to find my veins. She's was very kind and professional. I am very thankful for her. She made it very comfortable for me. If I could give her more then 5 stars I would. Every time I get my blood work I will request Gladys.
