Probably one of the worst locations. I get sent here all the time since it’s closer to my home and every time staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. This time around i had to drop off stool sample and I was asked to make a freaking appointment! Mind you the appointment is 2 hours later and the stool has to be refrigerated. Freaking staff here are lazy and unfriendly and unprofessional. This is from a person who has a profession not just a job. I just can’t stand this location. Now I have to drive to another location.

I got to my appointment on time at 10:00am they called me around 10:20 and the lady was extremely rude and took forever to even ask for my order while she was working in her computer, then when I gave her the order she said it was wrong, I told I could check my doctors profile to get the one she was asking and sent it via fax right there and she told me if I was crazy, they had already closed because it was 10:30 and asked me to leave the room and reschedule. I have never felt more disrespected in a medical place. She is an elderly latina and I feel so disappointed that’s how they treat people. I waited 2 weeks for that appointment… I’d never go to this location again
