Rosy is an absolute hero. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the norm. I had a terrible experience with a third party that was supposed to set up my drug screening, and Rosy made it happen and was super kind and professional.

They give you the option to go to your car and wait if you do you miss your appointment, wait more than 30 minutes and my appointment was at 7:15 am I arrived at 6:30 am and wait in my car as indicated by the computer when he came back because let's see they haven't called me it's that I missed my appointment because they didn't call me or send a message I got up so early for nothing

Low staffing, 3+ hour waits. Employees are constantly irritated about being under staffed and can come off rude but don’t take it personally.

7 to 4. Easy to make an appointment as usually crowded
Yes, you can do it online. Confirmation number is needed. Walk-ins are welcome however wait might be long.
