Awful wait times. Two doctors in the entire building seeing 100 patients a day. It’s more like one doctor since Dr Cartwright sees every patient with the other doctor who seems like a lap dog on a leash since he just follows Cartwright like a robot. Nothing gets done here in a timely matter. It’s an absolute mess. The building is decrepit and old with two waiting rooms, they know about the terrible wait just by that. The place smells terrible and is packed to the brim with people. Come here to get sick or get directed to another doctor.After all I went through they recommended us to a retina specialist since they can’t do that. So much for 35 years of experience as an eye doctor. So if you have a problem with your retina don’t even think about coming here.

Dr. Cartwright will always get a rating from 1 to 10, a 10 and his group of technicians, because they are wonderful and very humane in their treatment of patients, today I give him a 4 stars for Miss Niurka, front desk employee who she discriminated against for being Hispanic and that bothered me a lot. When I got to the window I asked her how long my visit would take because my daughter was waiting in the car with her three little children. She made me run to another window and two American patients arrived, whom she treated very kindly and immediately I called my daughter and I told her to wait a moment because La Niña was serving the Americans first even though they had arrived after me, and the woman addressed me very rudely and told me to wait for me because she was very busy, I replied I'm not speaking with you but with my daughter you don't have to intervene in my conversation. Her attitude was reprehensible, she is the image of the office and she should leave her personal problems at home, she gives a very bad image. We are patients, and that is how you should treat us, out of consideration or at least out of education. Niurka should change jobs, customer service is not her forte

I waited for 1 hour and a half for the doctor to see me for 2 minutes! nobody gave me any information, nobody helped me and I didn't even have time to ask a question! the only one who was nice was the receptionist who tried to help me in vain. They still want me to pay 3 more visits without even explaining anything to me! I will never go back to this place again and recommend it to anyone, total waste of time!

This place is terrible. I waited 30 minutes to find a parking spot, called and let them know I was outside waiting and they said that’s fine. When I got in they said it was too late. There is no parking and they make you wait 2 hours for your appointment. Worst eye doctors place I’ve ever been too.
