Everyone at the clinic was absolutely phenomenal and helpful. Was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Not bad! Nom who helped me pick out my glasses was awesome. The tech and Dr. Were awesome as well. Extremely 😊

I was there for the first time yesterday and it will be the last time! I am a diabetic and was there for 3-1/2 hours from 1:00 to 4:30. I finally had to leave because I still had not seen the doctor and I knew it was going to be at least another hour and I was starting to feel sick. I would say my biggest gripe about this place is that we are obligated to go to them because the insurance will only cover this eye clinic. There must be a hundred other opthamalogists in the Kissimmee area, but their insurance company seems to have a manopoly (or investment) in this place which will only cover you for them. this does not give us much of a choice. It's either them, or go somewhere else and pay out of pocket.

Do not go here. The doctor put tape on my face. The justification for it was not okay. He also was nasty from the start of walking into my room. It was also just me and him in the room which made me super uncomfortable because he was so nasty. The tape left a mark on my face and what bothers me is the doctor did this without my permission. This is not okay.

Too long in waiting room. I won’t make an afternoon appointment again. Guy that tests for eyeglass prescription is very good.
