The worst customer service- it doesn't matter which office it is the automated service line is horrible and when I was finally able to get through to a real person for a simple billing question I was hung up on. If I wasn't stuck with this place because of my insurance I would never go back.

At least for me, this place seemed to be very efficient if you have an appointment. We were there for less than 15 minutes. Nicole who took my blood was great. She swiftly did the paperwork and payment. She did her job with great care. I truly appreciated this after a hard week.
