Very grateful for the treatment I received in the laboratory located at 1192 cypress Glen Cir Kissimmee, fl 34741. EVERYTHING TO THE OPPOSITE IN THE LABORATORY LOCATED IN THE 820 N JOHN YOUNG PKWY THE MRS WHO WAS HERE TODAY 12/08/22 IS A RUDE AND DESPOTA I ASKED FOR HELP FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO SPANISH SPEAKING PERSON THERE TO HELP ME. I UNDERSTAND ENGLISH SOMETHING BUT I FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE IN MY LANGUAGE. I FELT HUMILIATED AND MISTREATED IN FRONT OF EVERYONE SO I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER LABORATORY FAR AWAY. Where there I heard complaints from that same person. I think they should take measures with her because there are people who do not drive or are sick and they have to receive this mistreatment because nobody takes measures with that person. WE HOPE THAT SOMEONE DEVINES TO ACT. Thank you

Very good attention and very kind today 08/12/22. Very different from the treatment of the laboratory that is on John Young Parkway, Ms. Que was very rude and contemptuous today, they must take action with her because I heard other patients complaining about her treatment.
