I love it here. I worked for VNS and was familiar with the apartments before I decided to move here. It's been just over a year and I could not be happier. Office staff is great, maintenance has been top notch, the grounds are beautifully maintained. It is very quiet and peaceful. My neigbors are lovely. Internet was just upgraded and it's very fast now.

Just git here 4 days ago. Renting temporary for a few months. Good price for the money. Needs better cleaning service when we moved in alot of things were Not Clean. Dont like having to clean apartment before living in it. My husband vacuum the rug it had black dirt from carpert it was gross. Entrance Hallway smells. Dings in the walls. Was not up to my standards as far as being clean. Girls in office Very Accomadating and were great to work with. Only other comment would be get a better cleaning service that clean rugs, clean blinds, baseboards, ect. And get better cabinets in Kitchen. Very Outdated & Old and worn out! Furniture sits very low so if your handicap could be a problem sitting on couch & chairs. Dinning room chairs you sunk in them when you sit on them. Bed was very comfortable. Overall apartment was outdated in my opinion. Update March 13, 2022 Called office Fri. 03/10/22 Ants in Bathroom & Kitchen They are cutting trees down outside Had to remove EVERTHING OUT OF KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. So they can spray. Paying over $1500 /mo. Rent and theirs Ants. NOT HAPPY!

Shady Lane Apartments are quiet and lovely sized. Great location. Great views or the nature around us. Staff if great, and friendly, and willing to help. Maintaince is awesome and quick to respond. I highly recommend residing here.

Shady Lane Apartments has been my home for over 10 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed this community. The location is convenient to stores, banks and restaurants to mention a few. In the summer the beautiful landscaping has been manicured throughout the development with dedicated care. In the winter the snow is always cleared for my early morning departure to work. I feel the staff is exceptional and has always answered my concerns in a caring and efficient manner. I feel very safe here, and it is always so enjoyable taking a leisurely evening walk. I would highly recommend Shady Lane.
