We just moved in to a furnished apartment and are very happy with both the apartment and the management. The apartment is spacious and the grounds, fitness center and pool meticulously maintained. The community is pet friendly with many bagging places and a dog park. Both Kyle and Ashley, the managers, have gone above and beyond to help with tv set up as well as addressing any move in questions we have had.

Maintenance has really helped me a lot!!! Ariel and Alex!!! I had constant problems with my washer and dryer and Alex came repeatedly and tried to fix it and then came back and found the problem and ordered me a new washer!! Alex is always watching out and so is Ariel!! Thank you!! The whole maintenance crew that I have dealt with is great!!

We have been living in the Avalon Apartments for the last six years. It's been a terrific experience. The office staff makes every effort to make sure the entire complex is run well with concerns resolved quickly. In addition, the office staff arranges lots of terrific activities for the residents year 'round. There's an annual cookout/BBQ Pool Party. There's candy at Halloween and a small gathering for the kids in the office. The winter holidays see a cocktail party. This year, to maintain social distancing, we were treated to burgers and chicken from Bourbon's food truck - delicious! The maintenance staff is the B E S T. I have never had to wait for service and problems have been dealt with not only swiftly, but with a fantastic attitude. The location is perfect - within walking distance to the Natick Mall (and Wegman's) and within minutes drive to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. We're located between Route 9 and Route 30 and are about 2 minutes from the Mass Pike entrance. Downtown Natick is a short 8 minute drive. We can chose Roche Bros, Wegman's, Stop & Shop, Whole Foods, Donnelan's or Aldi's for groceries, all within either walking distance or a quick drive. There are a whole lot of restaurants close by as well. From Zaftig's to Olive Garden, there's a variety of cuisines (Thai, Italian, American Bistro, Pub Style, Steak House, Chinese, Indian, Vegan, fast food and more) to chose from all very close to the complex. There's a Target and WalMart as well as a Christmas Tree Shoppe as well as several strip malls and one large Natick Mall within two miles. One of the best things about Avalon is the view from the back of Building #5....you can see Cochichuate State Park and the Rail Trail runs along side the complex. The building is concrete, which means the noise factor is diminished greatly. Most of the time, I'm not even aware I have neighbors. However, considering it's an apartment complex, the neighbors are actually very friendly with each other. If you want, it's easy to meet and be friendly with the folks in the building. But no one will intrude either. I do recommend the Avalon Apartments. I've enjoyed my experience here.

Is very quiet not much traffic except that is very close to natick mall and home depot just minimal traffic between Speen street and Chrysler Road
