Really the way they've handled corona is disappointing. They say there's a 25 person limit, which I've never seen enforced. Go in there during one of their classes and there are usually over 25 with no one batting an eye. Take a look at their social media, every post is people without masks on. The owner is super nice and is there every day. He's also never wearing a mask and regularly just hanging out with friends. His friends also never have masks on. It's a big joke. The equipment is great and the environment is welcoming, but I'm seriously disappointed in their handling of this pandemic

This gym is amazing. The equipment is top notch, as well as the other members and owners. I’ve only been going here for a few weeks now but I’ve been a member many other places and this by far is the most superior. It looks like the only negative review is from someone complaining about the owners, but he couldn’t be more far off. The are very helpful and friendly (and if you look at his other reviews, they’re all negative and complaining about employees... at some point he should realize maybe he is the problem).

Yes they do. Whether the showers open now or not cuz of covid I'm not sure I would call.
They went to a 24x7 operation and you can only get in with passcode.
I pay 39/mo for a membership, this is the best gym for strength training they are the reverse of most gyms lots of squat racks only a few treadmills
You can't really measure weight loss like that. How ever an hour of fitness 4-5 times a week in addition to a change in diet will help you lose weight.
