There is hole around the door lock right since the day I moved in and was the first complaint launched around 2019 September till date not addressed. Patio door fell on my wife's head they put wedge underneath the frame but did not fill in the gap around the wedge till date (1 year since the issue till date not fixed)... Caulking around bath tub came off around and requested for caulking that section... No one showed up yet and I receive message that service request is completed and please provide us feedback... hence the feedback..

Worst place to live. Apartments are out of date. Maintenance is zero When called to fix in issue one person comes do some just which fixes the issue for time being but after sometime again that issues comes. When asked for permanent fix they just talk but not do anything. Management also behaves the same. They doesn't care about tenants. Floor makes noise when walking, AC and heating unit makes so much of noise

Worst apartment I've ever lived in!!! Far too much to explain but I've lived in mold for 9 months with a 1 year old, downstairs neighbors smoke heavily, my shower is moldy with a 2 by 4 foot hole in my ceiling leaking and I haven't heard from anyone since October 20th. Yet you send me a eviction notice during covid. Don't waste your money on this hell hole. They use and abuse people because they know were too broke to afford a good lawyer. I have phone records, photos and video evidence since March so we will see.

I don’t write reviews for anything. I always give the benefit of the doubt but I was asked to write a review upon moving out. My fiancé and I lived at Hillcrest for a year and that was enough for us. 3 days after moving in, a girl was shot & killed outside of our building at a Memorial Day cookout. The office staff never sent out any notice in regards to that to help make other tenants feel safe. That’s only the beginning. We had such disrespectful upstairs neighbors, dealt with the Niskayuna PD more times in the year living there than we ever had in our entire lives. Reached out to the office several times and at first they seemed to want to work with us, ultimately the tenants ended up moving out & skipping months of rent rather than being evicted. We have been moved out for over 2 months now and still have not received our security deposit. We were extremely respectful tenants, got along with most of our neighbors, minus the disrespectful 19-year-olds, and when we left, I cleaned the apartment unit top to bottom. I’ve been told by the last 3 weeks by Tanya she would get an answer regarding our security deposit and I have had to call numerous times. By law (& as stated in our contract) they have 30 business days to send our security deposit. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because we have been more than patient. I would definitely not recommend this complex as a good place to live. Only good thing is the maintenance staff- specifically Gary & Joe, the supervisor, were always so kind & great to talk to.

Yes, they do. You get a voucher when you move and if you already have spectrum wifi they take over your wifi portion of the bill, if you don't have wifi then you take the voucher to spectrum and get a router and modem and they will start your wifi.
$300 non-refundable or $35 per rent.
Yes

I'm not sure if they accept section 8 but the girls in the office are very friendly and helpful.
