If I could give zero stars I would… first I was there for about 3 hours because my engine light was on, which is fine and reasonable amount time if they were to actually FIX the problem instead it took them 3 hours before they realized they did not have the required part to fix the car. At no time in these 3 hours did a service writer or any employee update me on the progress… then I bring it back a week later when the part arrived, I sit there for another 2 hours..problem solved.. or so I thought. The engine lights comes on again a day later. I bring it to get the car inspected at a local shop and it is THE SAME issue as before… so what did they fix? Absolutely nothing. I called and they say the best they can do is bring it back in and look at it again nearly 2 WEEKS later. Meanwhile I am driving a car that failed inspection twice and is nearly 2 months past inspection… safe to say they lost me.

It was a great experience. From making the initial appointment with Janice who handled it very nicely. When I arrived Jay was very professional and detailed in discussing the problem and what the remedies were. Kept me updated through the process and I didn't have to guess about when I would get the car back. My experiences with Metro have always been good
