As with all housing in the city of Saratoga springs, it's over priced for those that work and through gentrification can't afford to live there. Why? The cost of living has out paced the pay for those workers, that is fact. Beautiful place.

My apartment is amazing. Very spacious and also in a convenient location.The apartments are already furnished, we are a few feet from a few restaurants and a nail shop.

Hi Sue, we do not take Section 8 at The Hamlet but we do accept it at River's Edge in Green Island as well as The Delaware in Cohoes.

Do you do short term rentals (six months) or do you have to commit to one year?
