The leasing agents (especially Ashlyn, Nadia and Silvia please forgive the spelling) have made our move to Lansbrook sooo easy and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door initially!! Every contact has been optimal, friendly, willing to help!! Best group EVER!! The community is beautiful! People are friendly and helpful!! Unloading my car, a teen asked if he could help, then someone else asked! Our neighbor helped our movers navigate furniture in!! Second day here, I LOVE IT!!

We're new residents to Lansbrook Village. So far we're happy with our new apartment. As we went through the apartment we found some minor cosmetic issues. We made a work order request and the maintenance staff (John) responded quickly to resolve them. John was very courteous and professional.

I have lived at Lansbrook Village for several years after checking out a number of communities. They have a wonderful office staff that is courteous, always a friendly greeting and responsive to any needs and questions. My go to's are Nadia and Ashlyn. Maintenance is handled by Mike who has a very experienced and professional crew to quickly handle any issues with apartments. The grounds are well kept and maintained. The location is near to shopping and dining. You can't beat the amenities, recently remodeled exercise facilities, 3 pools, one heated and one saltwater. Just a great place to reside.

We LOVED the time we spent at Lansbrook Village (1 year). It truly felt like we are in a resort. So many amenities (pools, gym, outside work out classes, tennis court, business center, kids play area, etc.) and pristine grounds, every day felt like a vacation. Staff is very friendly (especially Sylvia) and the community very safe. This was the perfect Florida home for my family and I, having just moved from Michigan. Great schools, shops, restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance, I highly recommend it.
