Myakka communications is AMAZING!!! We decided to go with them and they are awesome! They answer the phone right away, you don’t have to jump through a single hoop to talk to someone like every other company and they came out the same day and set us up!! I literally cannot say enough glowing things about them! Where as frontier had us set an appt up a month ago and didn’t show up for it and scheduled another one for two weeks later and didn’t show up for that one and they finally showed up and said it would take them all day to install it so they couldn’t do it today, that was this morning. So glad we cancelled with them and went through myakka communications cause they literally came out a few hours after I called them and set it up😊 If anyone is on the fence about going through them or another company, do not even hesitate! You can tell they are a family owned business who cares about their customers. Thank you so much guys!!!

I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about these Gents!! 0 phone issues and 24/7 tech support (if you even need it!), we have been BLESSED with their services for many years and they GO BEYOND. The staff of Myakka Communications has been friendly, cheerful and helpful each time that I have dealt with them for over six years. It is so refreshing to work with friendly people in the process of solving a problem. The staff helped me recently with a problem created by tech support of a computer manufacturer that seemed impossible to untangle. With patience and accurate guidance Myakka Communications solved my problem and cheerfully worked past closing time to do so. I recommend this company's services and praise the staff.

From our very first encounter with Charlie, Mark and John in 2006 to this very day, we have enjoyed the same level of courteous, professional and friendly service. Every time I have called the office (which is infrequent due to the fact that our internet service has been steady and efficient, but it's sure reassuring to know that they are there at the ready!)
