Went there to see about phone svc and got told my new android is not compatible with there stuff. Tried to upsell me to a apple phone instead. If I wanted a apple phone I would have brought one.

Dont call, just go in, top of Hoosick St in Troy where Walmart is. The employee's are very nice.

I would 100% recommend months ago, but now that my bill has never been $14 and they withdrew 1200.00 out of my acct for a s10 note that was broken, sent a refurbished phone that i still pay for monthly $45 So disappointed
Hey, this isn't a billing related error. Try this, If you are watching Veep on Demand, you are subscribed the the HBO premium channels. Sometimes the HD boxes need to have a signal refresh which you can do right on the Spectrum app, or by calling up/stopping in and asking for a refresh. If all else fails, bypass the cable box, and download HBO GO, and use a compatable device to watch it anytime. Hope this helps!
