Stock changes quickly, great place to skim weekly. Staff is a bit hovering, and all changing rooms have been disassembled except one. I suspect that's due to a theft problem though.

I want to give this place more stars, but can't bring myself to. They have only one fitting room (with the potential to have more, but for some reason they are without doors), often making you wait an obscenely long time to try on anything, and you're only allowed to try on a small number of garments at once, so it is just ridiculous. Sometimes you can also overhear the staff gossiping which is pretty unprofessional. Overall, i'd say the Salvation Army in Fulton is more enjoyable. They have more fitting rooms, you are able to try on multiple garments with ease, prices are considerably better, and the staff is friendlier. I get so tired of waiting for fitting rooms, that I end up leaving without purchasing anything. People always seem to take forever in there. Why not open up another one? I don't get it.

Hi Steve - Our stores do carry luggage from time to time, but because our inventory changes daily, we cannot guarantee if any luggage would be in stock. I recommend calling ahead and asking or stopping by to check!

Yes! Just ask one of our associates for a donation form and they can provide one for you!
Hi Cindy - When items are donated to the Rescue Mission Thrifty Shoppers or Attended Donations Centers, they are first transported to our sorting warehouse in Liverpool. Items which cannot be resold (with stains, rips, broken, etc.) are either recycled or disposed of properly. Items which CAN be resold are then sent across the state to one of our 18 thrift stores, or our Outreach store (where items are given away for free to the community). Within our Thrifty Shopper stores, some higher value items are placed behind the counter for purchase, in order to prevent theft. We also have our two 3fifteen stores, which are boutique thrift stores, and often have a higher concentration of name brand items. Additionally, a small number of high end clothing/household items are sold via our eBay and Poshmark stores. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of ALL items goes back to support Rescue Mission programming to help end hunger and homelessness.
Hi Martha - Yes - our donation centers opened as well!
