My experience is they don't want to help unless you are buying something. They hit you with every add-on and expect you to cancel them yourself. They hit you hard too, if you don't cancel. Just putting a new line on the account with an old phone, they tried hitting me with the most expensive plan and insured the old phone. I expected and said I wanted the same as the other lines. So instead of having a $22.50 payment it would have been $54.00. Glad I checked my account and made the changes.

Walked in about an hour until closing Was rushed through the experience and made to feel as if we were being pushed out the door Was told phone would have to be mailed to me because they wouldn't be able to finish transaction in time when in fact had time to spare and did not offer any advice or support about phone setup
