I would like to stress that my complaints are not the fault of the local staff, who are doing the best possible, but of the organization of the work, which presumably was established at a higher corporate level, to the disadvantage of both staff and customers. I ordered internet service over the phone and requested pickup of the needed equipment at the Danvers store. At the store, one person was responsible for greeting customers and registering them in a queue if necessary, accepting returned equipment, and distributing new customer equipment. The equipment to be picked up had not already been placed at hand but had to be fetched from a storeroom, although I had been told in advance that it would be ready for me. Because the local receptionist was so overworked, he was not able to go collect the equipment for me until 40 minutes had passed. What should have required 5 minutes of my time, at most, took 40 minutes instead. I take this to be an expression of contempt at the corporate level for the time and convenience of the customer.

Staff was super nice, not their fault that everything to do with Xfinity is so poorly done that even returning equipment was a terrible experience. I hate that they're the only way I can get Internet in Beverly, MA. I gladly pay more for YouTube Tv for my live TV instead of Xfinity. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.

If you tried to design a company from the ground up with a goal to provide the lowest tier of customer support and service, this would be it. Magically appearing new charges on bills, amazing missing records from previous calls about cancellations or refunds. It's okay though I am sure the CEO gets paid well.

I went to Xfinity to pick up a router after a long day of moving. When I arrived, Dallas greeted me and checked me in. After a brief wait, he realized that he might be able to support me without wait. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. I’m extremely grateful that he took the time and saved me half an hour. Thanks, Dallas!

What is a direct number.Do u have remotes in stock.
Ya you can't call # is not available
I was there about a phone but to be honest with you I'm pretty sure they do I would say yeah my friend
Yes ,people are nice,
If you know your username and password you can log into xfinity.com and see your wifi name and password. Otherwise call technical support and they will help you reset.
Yes you can Sue, we have two options there's the kiosk that take all forms of payment or one of our reps can take it for you too. A lot of times the kiosk is quick because there's usually a wait to be seen by one of us if there's people waiting in the queue after getting checked in. I hope this was helpful and if you come in we are next to Ocean state job lots in the market basket parking lot.
i returned my modem the other day...only brought the modem. no cords etc.
Yes
If you're keeping Comcast I think you can bring your equipment with you. Otherwise you'll need to return anything you pay a rental fee on like your cable box and modem
Not sure... but home depot or Lowe's will have them...even some Staples stores(the bigger stores) will have them
If you're talking about h&I channel its 383 if you're talking about the direct Xfinity number, the only location by Peabody is danvers store and they dont have a direct number. Its 1800 xfinity 🙂
