Friendly staff in all the departments I've been in, regardless of the reason of my visit. Always clean and ample parking, though there are of course busier days than others. I personally prefer to get labs done at Heater Road vs the main hospital, as the lab techs seem friendlier and in less of a rush to get your blood drawn, meaning I leave with less/ next to no bruising.

Had an appointment for PT that was canceled by a receptionist and didn't find out that THEY canceled it until I got there. I drove 2hrs just to hear they canceled it, I really needed the appointment. It blew my mind that someone else canceled their appointment but the receptionist choose to cancel mine.

Wouldn't say I liked anything about it. I was literally 11 minutes late for my scheduled appointment (through no fault of my own)and they denied me. Be kind of hard to give an honest opinion at this point because I've only been there twice. I will say it takes forever to get in and once you get an appointment be sure to be there at least 15 minutes early. 😐 I will revise my feedback soon. I've rescheduled and plan on leaving EARLY
