I’m writing on behalf of my Mom 92 years young. The day After Hurricane Sandy my mom fell on the snow and hurt her back, so bad that she couldn’t walk even to the bathroom... long story short We try any sort of pain management, Accupunter, pain killers, lotion, steroids, epidural injections... nothing helped because of her age nobody would consider surgery!!! Thanks to a friend from VT recommend Dr. Abdu needless to say not only he did surgery on my Mom, my mother the next day After surgery Start walking But since I was not able to stay home to help her she stayed in rehab to go for physical therapy twice a day for less than a month And thank goodness And thanks to Dr. Abdu she is doing great And she keeps Dr. Abdu in her prayers everyday 😊 Thank you Dr. Abud🙏

Amina, lose weight; eat omega-3 amino acids; and reduce eating meat and proteins.. Good medicine for your condition (Dorophin or Panadol joints).. And do not forget to put ice for ten minutes three times a day on the areas of inflammation...
