This place is incredible I adopted Munchkin many years ago and unfortunately she passed but will never forget the great care she had at Halo she stayed there for years until she found us. Every weekend we go to Walmart and drop off what HALO requests in there sign out front. Everyone should support this great place. There’s not one person that works there with out a heart of gold. My heart will always be at HALO everyone of these animals need us and we need them. Dennis Mahoney and William Rose

This place is incredible. I met my perfect dog here and was able to take him home a few days later. Absolutely everyone on the staff was so helpful and sweet through the entire process. I’ve never had a dog before and they were so patient with me and answered all of my questions. My dog was heartworm positive and they took care of all his treatment until he was cleared. They also sell tons of dog stuff that has been donated, some of it is brand new, at very low prices and I love knowing the money spent is supporting the shelter. Halo will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you Halo and all of the staff for uniting me with my sweet boy!! My life is forever changed! ♥️🐾

Love Halo! The people and pets are awesome! Got my kitten Raven there. I was looking for a fluffy cuddly fur ball for my daughter who has special needs and when they found one they thought would work they called me. She's perfect 😻!

Photos of animals available for adoption are on 😇 website along with the cost of adoption or if there is a sponsor so it could be free.
I would call Halo and tell them about your situation. I Know there are papers to fill out for surrendering your pets. When they have room for your cats they will call you then you can bring them in.
They always need kitty litter, I think purina Tidy cats is their go-to. Wet food as well. Thanks for caring Jerry!
Some vary. Then there's some where angels paid for there sponsorship. We got our dog from Halo for free.
Joy, what type of dog are you looking for?
Halo is a wonderful organization. They treat all their 'residents' with loving care and kindness. All adopted pets are checked and rechecked to be sure that they will be healthy and happy in their new forever homes.
When it pop's up look closely an in the upper right hand corner there is a very faint x. If you touch it the add will go away.
I believe if you call them in advance they would assist you.
I'm not sure , call and find out.
I don't know if there looking for volunteers. But you could call them and ask.
Keep him and train him! He has bonded to you I'm sure
Yes they do
They take small animals too (check their web site for other animals). Give em a call!
Last I heard they do.
I think that means the Rescue is doing angelic work. I'm guessing, though.
I'm Sorry! But I can't help you in this matter.
They will if they have room. Otherwise they will put him/her on a waiting list.
That is an extremely good question Justin. I wish I knew exactly what the answer was. But, I do think it'd be a great idea to either call or email them. They are 110% driven towards what is best for the dog. They won't let you down.
Your best bet is to call them, they have lots of cat's, adults and kittens
Call them but they normally have cats and dogs. My daughter called about 2 dogs she was looking at 1 to adopt. By the end of the phone call she decided to report them for abuse of animals. Yesterday their roadside sign was requesting canned tuna. If they are using that to feed the cats then that is a poor diet for cats. The cats will not be getting proper nutrition on canned tuna.
You call them and they will tell you what they can do.
They will not only take them but will take amazing care of them as well.
Yes they never turn an animal away and they are always looking for family s to adopt a pet
Yes they have a whole book of available dogs. Some small. Check them out. They are GREAT!
I have a great dog she wieghs about 15 pounds she is a terrier mix with short hair. We cant take her to our new place and we move tommarow. If anyone is interested she would make a great companion
I know they have cats, so I would imagine they take them....but you should call with questions. Great place!
Please call HALO and ask for Jacque Petrone. .
Yes they do, but you will need to sign the cat over to them for adoption.
Please take her to HALO..
I found a stray cat and just brought her in to HALO and signed her over to them. They took her in, cleaned her up, shots, chip and Vet visit. Then she was up for adoption and I adopted her.
Wonderful folks at Halo- I have 2 rescues from them. They currently have some pups rescued from Puerto Rico. Sad for your loss, but your beloved beagle will wait for you at the Rainbow Bridge.
Yes
Think about getting the mom spayed.
Some are sponsored which means someone has paid the adoption fee. You would have to go to the website to find out
