I found a stray cat and just brought her in to HALO and signed her over to them. They took her in, cleaned her up, shots, chip and Vet visit. Then she was up for adoption and I adopted her.
You must call first to see if they have room. Then they'll give you an appointment to come in with the animal. You will need to fill out paperwork and show your driver's license.
