We went down to the club every day to watch the boats and had many friends we met there. Did it for three years but the past two months have changed it. It Is being taken over by homeless men that take the tables and stay on them for hours. We know they are drinking alcohol and I am finding the mini bottles of Jim Beam on the ground around the club. We have sympathy for these gentlemen but they are driving others away. All the great people we met there are staying away. It's sad.

No the ramp is for the public.
You will have to contact the city but, I don't believe that they rent out any slips.
I'm not sure. I know they usually close it for big events in the park so the parking lot can be used for cars instead of boat trailers. I couldn't find ANY information about the ramp being closed for the event. You'd think they'd put that out there....
Call city of Sebastian. They handle renting.
