That is an extremely good question Justin. I wish I knew exactly what the answer was. But, I do think it'd be a great idea to either call or email them. They are 110% driven towards what is best for the dog. They won't let you down.
I have to say that I am also not certain of the answer. However, you can go to any feed store and pick up a vaccine (8-in-1, I think) for about $20 and do it yourself. Rabies can also be obtained cheaply. Walgreens (used to) host(s) Rabies clinics once a month. If the dogs are fixed, the rate is MUCH less than if not fixed. But still not unreasonable. You could also contact the Humane Society. They might offer some type of program for shots for people who foater animals. I know they'll do sterilizations for a relatively low price. Best of luck!
