Yes they do the Reason by my own experience I took a black and white cat tuxedo cat name is Max I took them they're the reason for it is I was not supposed to have a pet in my area they are taking good care of them I actually paid for the adoption which is $85 so whoever wants Max it's free so I thought that was a great setup
