Our company has used the services of Patrick's for years with much success until about 2 years ago. Since then, it has been nothing but on going problems. We ordered embroidered shirts for our new company and provided the exact shirt and color, but what we received wasn't even close to the same shirt. Although the embroidery looked good, the shirts were completely wrong. We were 'stuck' with the shirts as they do not allow for returns or exchanges on embroidered items. So this time when we needed new shirts for our other company, we bought and paid for our own shirts and brought them in to be embroidered, thus eliminating receiving the wrong shirts again. There was no mention of any issue with this, and they gladly accepted the shirts. Sadly when we picked up the shirts, the embroidery was AWFUL. The logo was the wrong color blue, there was random stitching of the wrong color thrown in, the shirt was horribly puckered, and the list goes on. When I called and spoke with the owner she immediately failed to take ANY responsibility for the work and just kept saying, "well that is the blue we have." I requested to have a civil conversation to go over the concerns, which she obliged. I proceeded to tell her all the things wrong with the logo and asked if she would at least take a look. She was sent a picture of the previous logo and the latest logo, which were both done in her shop. After 4 hours of not hearing anything from her, I called her back. She instantly stated "I do not like either one of these logos, I think they both look terrible," to which I responded "well you did both of them" (I do not believe she was aware of this at the time she made the comment). Her "offer" was for us to find her the PMS color, eliminate the background, change our logo, and she would apply a $250 credit towards the new work. Mind you our bill for JUST the embroidery was over $300. 😡😡 So she admits the work is terrible, however wants us to purchase shirts AGAIN and pay her AGAIN, to fix what her shop admittedly messed up. How is this remotely even good customer service?? Why would we want to change our logo?? Business is all about brand recognition. We were happy with the original logo, but that is NOT what she provided. She was not very pleasant when I explained that was not acceptable and she said "well that is all I am willing to do and not discussing it anymore" and abruptly hung up the phone. Please be aware they will mess up and then make YOU pay to fix it. Terrible customer service. We will NOT be back!!!

The store is great, the staff on point. Where do I begin, I can't tell you that every question has got an answer. For the last 5 + yrs. The owners always very professional & have worked on several successful projects. The staff always on time, you feel the love. Knowing that they know your needs & get everything on a timely matter.
