They have wide variety of fresh produce and vegetables. Staffs are very friendly, price is reasonable as well. Very neat and clean bathroom.

I came into the Glenmont Price Chopper for lunch around 12 and the man behind the food counter was being very rude and had a major attitude problem. If you are having a bad day don’t take it out on customers, take a break instead of serving customers with an attitude. I was under the impression that Price Chopper associates greeted people with a smile and a pleasant attitude. I would appreciate it if that was the case next time.

This store really needs to get its act together. Half the meat market items in the weekly ad aren’t stocked in the store at all, and when we asked the person at the butcher counter about them he got angry and said the items weren’t on sale. Rude employees, misleading ads, poorly stocked inventory.

Been going here for years, and shopping at Pricechopper specifically is one of my favorite things to do. I haven’t had complaints until today. The new carts have a new sign(that i didn’t see as it’s on the inside wall of the cart and not easily readable when pushing a cart) that states if they don’t go through a register they lock. I get an empty cart from inside and walked to get some seasonal items in the lobby area and the cart locked on me and i rammed my shin into the cart. Hard and painful enough, that i had to sit down for a few minutes. I then limp over to customer service, not knowing what this sign said, to speak to a manager to ensure no one else gets injured, as i thought something was wrong with this specific cart. I had originally been told these carts locked when they got out of a specific range of the parking lot. The Staff member politely pointed out sign, which made me feel dumb. Ha! And then me wanting to warn Management of a potential safety hazard was now a non-issue(kind of). Bruised shin, bruised ego, and no resolution. Manager was polite but could not offer anything other than asking if I would be alright. Thankfully I’m young enough that I will be. But entire Situation made me upset enough that i returned my items to the shelf and left without purchasing anything. I now know and understand the many frustrations I’ve heard from other customers about this cart program, I remember one irate loud and screaming customer who experienced the same issue as me, although at the time I believed he experienced it at the edge of the lot. All that to say for the time being I’m an unhappy customer and will at least shop elsewhere for a time.

I would expect as a Price Chopper client yes unless it's a special order and you don't cancel it before it's produced.
