I’m doing an business transfer I couldn’t get in to fill out the forms online, so I downloaded them. It stated mail them to Spectrum in Riverview or click on tab to find an drop off location. Well I did I found the nearest Spectrum as shown on listings went to that location only to find out they DON’T EXCEPT FORMS.

I would give negative if I could. Provide terrible internet and bully you into paying for services they don’t render if you try to cancel. To clarify they charge me for services AFTER my service was canceled. They will send you a bill that you can’t access and threaten to send to collections. Absolutely criminal if you ask me. AVOID at all cost. Frontier and art provide much better internet via fiber.

there was a promotion a month for free if you do not like it, we will return the money. a week later I turned off the service due to very poor internet speed. and they sent in a month's payment. called, talked, answered yes, the action was byl, we will remove payment from your account. Nobody did anything. They hit the sewer. very bad company. I do not recommend it to anyone. ATT the BEST !!!

There is a spectrum location near chilis on 60 in Brandon that you can drop Equipment to.
This location used to have a customer lobby for equipment turn in. It does not anymore. The nearest location for equipment return is the Spectrum store near Sam's Club on Brandon Blvd.

you pay for a movie before you see it. you pay before you get into a theme park. cable is entertainment not a utility. also the due date is midway thru service period and if you downgrade, credit is applied for unused time.

No, that building is only for people that work there. You'd have to call in first and have one assigned to you and then maybe you can pick it up at the brandon office on 60, by chilli's.
