I just moved into my third floor one bedroom apartment and it is roomy and the vaulted ceilings are awesome! I expected some type of noise coming from other apartments but other than the occasional front door closing, it's very quiet. The grounds around the complex are well maintained and I can't wait to walk the trails, use the pool, and take a free kayak out on the river. My leasing agent Lanie went above and beyond with my million and one questions. :) I am really loving living here and would highly recommend.

A pleasurable experience! We are new residents at The Preserve at Alafia and what a delight it has been! The community is stunning and very well maintained. Katie was a joy! My husband and I lived there for about 7 years (former residents 😅) and just recently moved out. We were extremely happy with this complex until our last day. The gym is great! The pool is amazing with a beautiful everyday sunset. The office staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance crew was always prompt and very helpful!

Thank you Katie!!! Moving across the country was pretty stressful especially not being familiar with the areas. I had made a list of about 15 places for my husband and I to look at over the course of 4 days. Let me tell you by day 4 we were mentally exhausted and ready to just settle for anything and cancel the rest of the appointments. A day before our appointment, Katie text me asking me simple questions to help customize our appointment to our wants and needs. She was professional and personable and definitely changed my mind about canceling this appointment. I’m so happy she did! From the moment we walked in for our appointment it was welcoming and overall good vibes!! Katie was super friendly and able to show us the exact apartment available and answered all of my questions. After seeing it I knew this was the one. We should have come here first lol ! Once we got back to the office she helped us go through the application process and updated us on the status later that evening. I love how responsive and attentive she is. She listened to all my request for parking and storage and accommodated my needs. I really appreciate that. Great customer service! We are very happy with our new home.
