If I could put 0 stars for this complex, I would. We have had nothing but issues over the course of our year lease. Not only our unit has been awful but the community as well. Our A/C broke EVERY month and they never saw it as an emergency although I was pregnant and then with our newborn. Our neighbors had a MAGGOT infestation and it wasn't taken care of nor addressed by management, we came home one day to hundreds of maggots outside as well as a ridiculous amount of flies in the unit. This apartment complex really lives up to the "WILDGRASS" name as well, the community is never mowed nor maintained, there is always pet feces in the grass, and the ponds with fountains are completely covered in algae for weeks at a time. The management and workers here are awful, they will deny conversations with you as well as mess up legal documents for your lease on purpose. I have now been faced with no choice but to go to the company who owns this property due to a $2500 fine being charged to our account. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT, MAKE THIS YOUR VERY LAST CHOICE. I am so disappointed that this company has done us wrong time after time, any resident in the complex will say the same. DO. NOT. RENT. WITH. WILDGRASS.

Moved in November 2020 and everything was all good. Beautiful, clean complex that was brand new. The original management company actually cared about the residents, they responded to issues with care and patience. Fast forward to now, the management company is terrible. Once Bainbridge came in to manage this place, we have dealt a lot of problems. The management company has cut costs almost everywhere. The car wash used to be free, now they want 2 dollars in quarters to use it. The valet trash pick up company they use frequently does not show up to pick up trash, yet we have to pay $25 per month for it non-negotiable. The main thing I noticed that really annoys me: They put a passcode lock on the A/C control in the gym. We pay for that amenity, it comes out of our rent (which was raised over $200 per month from the last lease). They have done NOTHING to update that gym whatsoever, but they have the nerve to stop you from dropping the A/C down to the temp you want. I don't care if they have to pay that A/C bill, IT COMES OUT OF OUR RENT THEY CAN AFFORD IT!!! It's the Bainbridge higher ups that cause this, the employees have to do their job, I understand that. But how shameless can you be to start putting locks on the A/C in a common area??? Management does not respond to voicemails or emails (yet once you post a public review they call you right away). They simply don't care about your issues until it makes them look bad publicly, this is BAD BUSINESS. It's laughable that they can call this a "Luxury" apartment complex. We had to take a credit check, background check and pay an application fee to move in here in late 2020, but when you see the characters who currently reside here, you'll quickly learn they must have forgone that process just to fill units. The safety is another concern. One quiet Saturday afternoon at the pool turned violent when 5 people pulled up, hopped the pool gates, and proceeded to jump a young man sitting by the pool and badly injured him. Young babies were present when this happened. They have done NOTHING to improve security here. You pay your hard earned money to live here just to deal with all this? Be aware. Look elsewhere. Avoid any Bainbridge managed complex. Update: The one saving grace of this place is the maintenance dept, they actually listened to our issues and took care of the trash issues and FINALLY fined the neighbors who caused the maggots to get inside our apartment. Not once did I ever see the office people walk up to my floor and view the issues themselves, but the maintenance guys did and I truly appreciate them for it.

Does management do anything about litter bugs?

Yes, we get emails to keep community clean. They can levy fines and they pressure wash the areas. I personally would like to be able to report neighbors and get money off rent. That's how they do back home...works great too.

Is there still a car vandalism problem here?
