I’m fed up with this place, their fees, and lack of communication. I hate this place and will be moving out once my lease expires. The employees are unprofessional and sneak fees into my account without at least reaching out to me to resolve minor issues first. These employees have had people yelling at them outside their leasing office because they don’t know how to diffuse situations. I once explained I was going through a hardship and they could care less about what I was going through and still only care about assessing a late fee and happily attach a eviction letter at your door. My friends moved out due to unresolved issue with mold in their apartment. It’s not until my friends move that they make the necessary repairs since they want to impress the next family moving in. Don’t move into this place, it’s all about expensive rent and poor quality of service.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to signing my lease. I was enamored with its charm and the beautiful trees outside. , Regarding the A/C situation… that’s entirely true. The units are not able to keep up with the Florida heat and the apartment is small. My A/C is on the coldest setting and it’s 86 degrees in here at 10pm. It was almost 90 at 5pm. Most times it’s cooler outside than inside. I’ve had 2 service maintenance requests. Take into consideration the cost of electric when you move here as the units are not well insulated and the A/c’s OLD. TECO’s budget billing was $160/month. The flooring here is the worst linoleum I’ve ever seen. You can drag your feet and it tears. The office staff is nice. They appear as though they care. I’m just not sure where the problem is between their care and concern and getting the issue fixed. Update: 8/6/22. Roaches. I’ve put in 3 service requests now. Two were closed as completed although according to my camera, no one entered my unit. I received a email today stating they will put me on a special list. Secondly, the PTAC air conditioners are on back order. It’s been a week. The gave me a loaner portable which cools my couch. I had to purchase one for my bedroom. I live in a terrarium. I’ve emailed the management since they’ve responded to this review. Thus far? No one is really capable of solving any of the issues. Nor are they giving me any discounts. We pay service charges for trash, valet trash, and pest control. Regarding the positive reviews. From the outside the place looks great! Update 8/10 today they put in a new PTAC unit (AC) downside I didn’t cook at all, electric bill came in at over $200. Still no answer on my bug problem. I’ve begun naming them in hopes they’ll consider me friendly and I can sway them into leaving on their own. 🤞

Have had issues with this apartment since I moved in. Now dealing with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. Was told it was fixed days ago but is still leaking throughout the day and smells AWFUL! Have not been able to use my kitchen for days now. Can not get in contact with office by email, phone, and tried to go to the office to talk and no one was there. It is now 11:00pm and their sign on the door still says they will be returning at 3:00pm. No emergency phone number anymore. So glad I am moving out! Update: Ceiling fell!
