I have called the number provided numerous times and no reply back after leaving a message. I have even called the front desk with no reply back. Who can I talk too?

I have lived here for 10+ years. It was once a phenomenal apartment complex. We spent the last two years without someone in the office and Now? There is a super nice person working in the office however, our maintainance issue is AWFUL. The last two have been absolutely awful and now for the 3rd time I’ve spent 3 days without air. Getting in touch with someone is ridiculously hard. Leaving maintainance requests doesn’t do anything and calling the other properties doesn’t help! You literally cannot get help here. You call corporate? Nope they dont answer. Living in Florida, while pregnant, in this heat is unacceptable. There was so much potential here but this place has went completely down the drain. Unless there is a huge overhaul, this place now deserves a 1 star review.
