The lack of communication and professionalism from a Publix pharmacy is appalling but that's what I found here! From misquoting prescription refill times, to failing to communicate when there are insurance issues to failing to acknowledge your presence as you wait in line. This is not something I am used to in a Publix pharmacy and I will NEVER come back. You are better off at CVS or Walgreens, sadly.

This pharmacy is worse this CVS & Walmart combined. Between the rude staff and the issues with getting meds that have been ordered I am beyond frustrated. Time to change pharmacies.

They arrive early but open late. Poor attitude. Need 30 minutes to do anything with zero customers waiting. You'll get faster and nicer service from the large chain stores on every corner, even with a line of people the other stores can fill a script in 10 minutes. Here I am a year later trying to get a price, on hold for 20 minutes. I'll go elsewhere again, can't imagine why anyone continues to be treated this way.

A big SHOUT OUT to the Pharmacist Ausam and his staff. You all went above and beyond my expectations. I needed to have my prescription filled fast and you came thru like a champ!! Thank you!!!
