This is a stunningly stellar auto repair shop. The contrast between this place and my dealership service shop couldn’t be greater. This place serves me promptly (within 10-20 minutes in most cases, rather than an appointment in 3 weeks just for a diagnostic!), and they fix the problem expeditiously and cheaply. I sometimes feel guilty that I didn’t pay more for the service, eg a tire plug for less than 20 bucks. On numerous occasions they performed light service /diagnostic on my vehicle (eg banging mangled rim into shape, looking up cars check engine computer code) and refused to charge at all! Just coming here puts a smile on my face knowing there are still honest conscientious caring car repair shops that will take care of the problem rather than giving excuses for everything. A riverview gem! Been around for a century!

Had a alternator installed, tires checked balanced and rotated, both cabin and air filter changed on a 2004 Honda CRV. I supplied the alternator and their cost was just under $1000. Only rotated 4 of my 5 tires and did not repair the leaky tire. Pully yoke now rattles. Just like anywhere, repairs took 3 to 4 days.

They provided an early morning service to replace a windshield wiper that flew off the car less than one week after Firestone put it on my car. The receptionist and recognitions were all very courteous and efficient. It's been a few weeks and the wiper is still in my car where it belongs!

John (owner) and Lawrence made sure your vehicle got back on the road correct and safely. Laura running the front desk and continuing the high standards for service. Danny and Carlos two great service technicians. This shop feels like the small town garages where you can develop a relationship where the mechanic will care for customers as much as cars. Two thumbs up.
