Corporate headquarters is not in Florida, I believe it's in Connecticut. Also, the person you're looking for would most likely work for Charter, not Spectrum. I imagine you're trying to contact this person for a complaint. Whatever your reasoning, that's not how things work. An executive like that just doesn't interact with the customer base. Besides, Spectrum/Charter doesn't have a customer service department. Anyone you speak to is under the customer service umbrella, but they are either a billing rep, rentention/loyalty, sales, etc. You'd need to know what department you spoke to, to find the right management. If you really want a response though, just talk to a supervisor.
