I’ve lived here for about four months now and my boyfriend and I love it! It’s expensive to rent at any apartment complex but you don’t just feel like a number here. The maintenance people are super friendly and even gave us recommendations to lower our electricity bill. Every one is pretty friendly and my dog had made a ton of doggy friends.

The maintenance at Retreat is excellent! They always respond quickly, are friendly and courteous, and fix everything promptly. I’ve lived in a bunch of apartments over the years and this is definitely the best maintenance team I know of. Very much appreciated!

I'm a past resident of Retreat at Crosstown and needed help sorting out and paying my final balance. Markeyta was SO helpful, kind, and respectful and answered all of my MANY questions. She was patient, attentive, and did everything she could to help me resolve my situation over the course of four phone calls. She is a life-saver!! She honored all of my requests for itemized receipts and written proof of payment. The staff here always picks up the phone which I appreciate so much given that I don't live in this city anymore. I had a 13 month lease here with no problems. Can't recommend them enough!

This complex has been great with the shading from trees and having a dog. The people in the community are friendly and haven’t ran into any problems since January. Jamar has been very helpful and knowledgeable over the last 6months with any questions or concerns I’ve had.
