Worst experience ever. I’ve been here before because I have cardiac issues and a chronic illness. Since I am only 21, no one takes me seriously upon arrival. I was having excruciating and radiating chest pain and was told to wait in the lobby. Ended up leaving after 4+ hours to go to another nearby ER where I was actually seen and run tests immediately, as chest pain like that is not something to wait around for. I overheard them taking vitals and an older man in a wheelchair with an oxygen tank who was clenching his chest had a blood pressure with a systolic of 187… and they still made him wait. I was trying not to cry, as I feared for his safety too. I don’t care how busy a hospital is, it is completely inhumane, unjust, and downright cruel to make suffering souls with life-threatening issues just sit around without any medical assistance.

My Experience with this emergency room and the staff was excellent. From The moment I walked in I was greeted by the security and welcomed immediately and filled up the papers. My total wait with the diagnosis and discharging was probably one hour. Excellent nurse service and everybody I encountered that day included the doctor were very helpful. Was my Best experience in a emergency room. Thank You for your professionalism and care . Blessings.

This is the worst emergency in the country Last time I came with my sick daughter, they made us wait for 5 hrs. Today I came with severe pain and nurse told me it’s 6 hr wait time.. Absolutely worthless. One sick lady keep complaining she’s about to faint but they didn’t care and she ended up collapsing on the floor in front desk.

On 11/23/20 I was in the ER from 4pm to 8:30 pm with a massive headache. I was freezing and there were no blanket or bed sheet to cover with in the room. I even had to get up to get the call light behind the bed because they forgot to give it to me. Anyway I asked the ER nurse who came in the room 3 times to please get me a blanket and her answer was "I'm not going that way" all 3 times. The first time she came in was because I called for her on the call light she came in without the blanket and told me she was not going that way. She then came in with an iv kit started an iv on me and told me again that she was not going that way. The last time she came in was to administer the meds that the ER Doctor ordered and she said the same thing "I'm not going that way". It's been 4 months and that still bothers me.
