I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that claimed my carpet, he was phenomenal. He listened carefully to what I wanted to get done and also let me know about some other features they can provide that I decided to add to the service. He was very careful not to set unrealistic expectations given the condition of some of the carpet. I appreciate that. Very happy with the service and especially the execution of the service.

Waste of time and money! I contacted Stanley Steamer and did an online quote for tile and grout cleaning. My tile is less than 2 years old as we recently remodeled, and the grout has already been sealed, but I figured why waste the time of deep cleaning myself when the online quote was very reasonable. The technicians were nice and arrived on time, but almost immediately tried selling me on sealing the gout with their color match sealant, even though I told them it’s already been sealed. They provided a demonstration and did their sales pitch, which I ultimately declined. I understand they were just doing their job trying to get the up sale, no worries. Everything was fine until the actual cleaning. They sprayed the floor down with the cleaner and went to work. Once completed I noticed there were two spots they missed, one in the laundry room (middle of the room and very obvious) and one in the kitchen. I also noticed there was a decent amount of cleaner still puddled on the floor under and next to the hall closet door. I brought this to the technician’s attention, and he said it was because the floor was still wet and to let it all dry. I could tell this wasn’t the case but went along with what he said, after all he’s the professional, not me. The technicians packed their equipment up and departed after receiving payment. Once the tile and grout were completely dry the two missed spots were even more noticeable, and I realized that my grout was discolored. I was able to clean the missed spots myself (which I shouldn’t have to do) but the grout is now permanently discolored and obviously a different color than it should be. The grout is supposed to be a light gray color, not white. Maybe the technician should spend more “time and attention” to actually cleaning the floors rather than his sales pitch! I won't use this company again and certainly will not recommend them to anyone! Complete waste of time and money, buyer beware.

Kelley with Stanley Steamers did an excellent job! Our carpets look good as new. Booking online was easy, no surprise fees and my estimate was what I paid. Our technician arrived early with ample heads up. He was very professional and polite and I was very happy with the work. Will definitely use them for future cleaning needs.

The rep was on time and friendly. He did a good job on my tiles but the carpet cleaning was a waste of money. I don’t see any difference from how it was before. I understand that some Acrylic colors from my kids room won’t come off but I did expect my room and my daughters room to come out much better . I have done a better job doing it with the rig doctor before. I did expressed my concern while the rep was there but I was told to wait until it drys. Well it’s dry and I still don’t see an improvement. I paid for deodorizer ( which I don’t smell a difference) and stain protector if I would have known that this was the outcome, I wouldn’t have agreed to any of it! I wanted to update my review, after calling the company back the same rep came back and is redoing my carpet, he is still extremely pleasant and friendly and i can already see a difference. Thank you again.
