Very friendly service and great customer waiting areas with snacks and beverages- NO LONGER FREE!!! You have to try it for yourself. PREVIOUSLY-(Woodson Honda) NOW-PRIORITY HONDA won't disappoint. Great place.

I had issues with a charge that I felt was not warranted. I spoke with Neal who was great and helped rectify the issue, prior to me coming to pick up my vehicle. At the time of pickup there was oil running down the front grill and bumper of my car. I assume that when they changed the oil the spilled it on the front of the car. I went back into the building and got a service advisor who came out and wiped the oil off the vehicle. Needless to say that due to the rude service writer, and sloppy work done on my vehicle I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to Priority for work. I will drive to Christiansburg from now on. I would not recomend anyone to go to this dealership for work.

All these answers are correct. The "belt" is really a v shaped chain with friction material and the two pulleys get wider or more narrow allowing the belt / chain to ride farther down in the pulley or further up in the pulley. The other pulley reacts exactly opposite keep everything tight. So the drive pulley is spread apart "belt" down in the pulley then the driven pulley is all the way together or narrow making the belt ride near the outer edge you are in low gear effectively. As the pulleys change bit by bit you are moving to a higher range. Awesome transmissions especially Honda's
