We ordered trees earlier this year and have waited to see how they've done before reviewing. The service from the office was good; they kept everything together through the onset of the pandemic and got their products shipped right on time for planting.The trees were delivered quickly and packed very well - not dried out nor too wet. Two of the 13 looked a little "iffy", but we planted them all according to the directions enclosed. Most of them took right off and leafed out...the 2 took a bit longer, but are doing really nicely and catching up with the others. We have ordered trees on line before and were a bit skeptical about doing it again. We are very pleased and will be ordering again.
