Wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst Dairy Queen in town. Out of ice cream half of the time. Won’t make blizzards the last 30 mins of their business hours. Customer Service is horrible. Poorly managed establishment and unfriendly staff. Recently I wanted to go inside to view cake options and order ahead. They wouldn’t let me in to even look. Sign said to use drive thru. I called to explain I wanted to view the options and order ahead so I could have writing added on the cake. Their response was to “read the sign”. I’ll go out of my way to the Stetson Hills location just up the road from now on. Much better service and management. Oh... and they let me come inside to pick out and order my cake.

What's the issue with the chocolate ice cream? Several times theres a note on the outside speaker the machine is down. Now theres other cars behind you so you have to wait in line. Vanilla with chocolate syrup just doesnt cut it. Or you get to speaker and told there out of chocolate and you can have vanilla instead. When will this issue be resolved? I just looked at past reviews. 2 yrs ago same issue with chocolate ice cream. I went today again sign on speaker. I did get a message asking to contact dq team. I've had no response. ITS EITHER AN ORDER ISSUE OR THE NEED TO GET A NEW MACHINE... honestly as much as the machine is down or out of chocolate they should fix it or take it off menu.

I purchased a medium Banana Split Blizzard. The attendant filed the cup 3/4 of the way with plain vanilla ice-cream and only the top fourth with banana split fixings. This has happened in all of the Dairy Queens along north Powers Blvd in Colorado Springs. I don't know if they are skimping on the fixings or just too lazy to mix it through to the bottom, but I can't help feeling that I'm being ripped off.

Not a fan of this location at all, their cake selection is horrible and lack of ice cream is lame. Main thing they sell are just the blizzards. So if you’re a fan of those then you’d like it. Personally I’m more of a ice cream 🍦 fan. Their pricing is ridiculous and their smalls are TINY. The staff was nice and helpful so only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the employees are great.
