Staff are friendly and do a good job. The long waits, which they are LONG, aren't their fault. Everyone.kust wants a haircut and there aren't enough stylists to go around.

Gotten my hair cut here a few times to give them a chance. None of their stylists know how to do a half decent fade. They buzz the side of your head two different lengths. Dissapointing

Tried for 3 days to get in for a haircut. Cuts can only be done online at 9:05 am and evertime I tried at 99:05 they were not taking any cuts because they couldn't take anymore. I find it hard to believe that this business is so poorly operated that you can't get in for three or more days. You have definitely lost a customer for good with me and if you continue to operate this way you will be out of business before you know it.
