customer service was good however I went in needing my eyebrows cleaned up. I love the shape of my natural. How ever my eyebrows got double spaced one is squared off the other rounded out. My right eye brow is pointed and my right does not look like it has shape. My right eyebrow is also very sensitive now and I'm normally use to a good wax

Went there with about 10 min to close. Doors were locked. I just needed a 5 min buzz . The lady opened the door and refused. The sign said open , it was within hours of operation . If you want to close that's fine but turn off the sign lady. She wasn't very nice about any of this. 0 out of 10 would never recommend . Go somewhere else or just grow it Jesus style .

asked for a wolf cut and curtain bangs, came out with no layers lady didn't even look at the ref pic and cutter my layers horrible and they messed up my hair it won't even grow back and it's been 2 months.
